ADMISSION PROCEDURES
PREPARATORY LEVEL
COVERAGE OF THE READINESS TEST
YEAR 1 - 10 LEVELS
COVERAGE OF THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
- Secure an application form from the Registrar's Office and present the requirements (please refer to the requirements page).
- Present the accomplished application form at the Business Office and pay the testing fee (P 350.00). The testing fee is non-refundable.
- Submit the application form to the Registrar's Office
- Secure the Test/Interview permit
- Report to the Office of the Student and Personnel Services lobby on the date and time of interview indicated on the test permit.
- Applicant must take the entrance test as per given schedule.

- Number Readiness
