Instructions for Online Enrollment

Marist School will facilitate the Online Enrollment System for all prospective enrollees in accordance with DepEd Order No. 008, s. 2020 re: “Guidelines on Enrollment for SY 2020-2021 in the context of the Public Health Emergency due to CoVID-19.

  1. Enrollment Period
    • The enrollment period is from June 4 to July 15, 2020.
    • Parents/guardians and/or enrollees including those who have availed of a reservation slot and early enrollment from the previous portal (maristschool.com) shall access the online link and provide what is asked in the enrollment portal with correct and complete information.
  1. Enrollment Portal
    • The link portal for Marist School enrollment is  https://enroll.maristschool.ph/
  1. Steps to Follow in Accessing Enrollment Portal
    • To access the enrollment portal, kindly follow the steps below:
      • Step 1: Visit  https://enroll.maristschool.ph/
      • Step 2: Fill-up all required information.
      • Step 3: Select payment scheme based on grade level.
      • Step 4: Choose payment method (Bank deposit or credit/debit cards via PayPal)
      • Step 5: Review the information encoded.
      • Step 6: Click SUBMIT
      • Step 7: Check your email and expect the following:
        • Bank accounts where payment could be transacted (for those who opted bank deposit) or a thank you note (for those who paid via PayPal)
        • PDF copy of information encoded
        • List of requirements
  1. Payment of Fees
    • Upon accessing the online portal, there will be options that one could find for payments, namely:
      • Bank deposit for over-the-counter and online banking (RCBC and Metrobank)
      • PayPal balance, credit and debit cards (Mastercard and Visa)
  1. Issuance of Official Receipt of Payment
    • After settling the account through bank transaction, kindly email a picture of the bank deposit slip to finance@maristschool.ph with your child’s name and section so that the Business Office can issue an official receipt of your payment.
    • Parents who have directly paid to the bank between March 2020 and present date and have not reported the payment to the Business Office are requested to observe this procedure.
