In consideration not only of the strict compliance of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, but more importantly of ensuring a more inclusive celebration of our completion and graduation ceremonies, Marist School will hold the virtual events via Zoom instead of both streaming them in our Facebook page and storing them in our YouTube account for future access (as previously announced in the circular dated September 1, 2020).

The schedule is as follows:

• September 5 [Saturday; 9 AM]: 2^nd Kindergarten Completion Ceremony
• September 12 [Saturday; 9 AM]: 5^th Grade 10 Completion Ceremony
• September 19 [Saturday; 9 AM]: 53^rd Grade 6 Graduation Ceremony
• September 27 [Sunday; 9 AM]: 47^th Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony

In line with this, parents/guardians of the completers and graduates are requested to take note of the email the school will send them. The email contains important details of the virtual event, including the Zoom Meeting ID, Code Name, and Meeting Passcode.

Moreover, a copy of the recording of the entire event can be requested by sending an email to secretary.principal@maristschool.edu.ph. Further instructions will be given in the reply that the school will be sending.
