Marist School welcomes anyone within school age to apply for admission.  To be admitted, an applicant must possess the necessary requirements for admission which include academic ability and character traits, among others.

Reminder: Kindly make sure to bring all the required documents upon enrollment to avoid delay.


Admission of new pupils/transferees is open for those who will meet the academic and conduct grade requirements for admission.  The entrance test is NOT required for school year 2021-2022.

  1. Grade requirements for admission:

1a.       A pupil/student must have a grade of at least 80% based on major academic subjects (English, Filipino, Science and Math, Araling Panlipunan) per quarter; and,

1b.       conduct grade of at least 85% in all quarters.

2a.       Photocopy of the previous report card and recent report card, which contains at least the 1st to 2nd quarter grades, or the 1st trimester grades (for incoming Grade 2 to Grade 12 only). For incoming Grade 1 pupils, submit the Kindergarten report card, which contains the at least the 1st to 2nd quarter grades, or the 1st trimester grades. For incoming Kinder, submission of report card is not applicable.

3a.       Kindergarten Applicants

3a.1     Applicants must at least be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2021. This may change depending on the announcement from DepEd.

3b.       Grade 1 Applicants

3b.2     Grade 1 applicants must have completed the DepEd-accredited Kindergarten programs as per DepEd order No. 47 series of 2016 and must have already obtained a Learner Reference Number.

3c.       For Pupil/Student Applicant with Dual Citizenship

3c.1     Photocopy of Philippine Passport (data and latest note pages)

3c.2     Order of Recognition and/or Recognition Certificate from the Bureau of Immigration

3c.3     Report of birth of child born abroad of Filipino parents

3d.       For Foreign Pupil/Student Applicants

3d.1     Photocopy of passport (data and latest note pages)

3d.2     Alien Certificate of Recognition or ACR-I Card (front and back)

3d.3     Special Resident Retiree’s Visa Card (front and back), if applicable

Should the applicant meet all the grade requirements for admission, a clear copy of basic documents (in PDF or JPEG format) and other basic requirements (if applicable to the child’s application) must be sent to the [email protected]  on or before March 6, 2021.

Please note that only those who have submitted the complete requirements and successfully completed the enrollment process will be considered officially enrolled at Marist School.

  • Full Payment Discount: Php 3,000 is automatically deducted from the tuition fee when payment is given in full upon enrollment. (Applicable only for SY 2021 – 2022)
  • Siblings Discount: Siblings enrolling at Marist School for the same school year are entitled to a tuition fee discount.
    • Two (2) children enrolled at Marist – 5 % discount is given to the 2nd (Applicable only for SY 2021 – 2022)
    • Three (3) children enrolled at Marist – 10% discount is given to the 3rd
    • Four (4) children enrolled at Marist – 25% discount is given to the 4th
  • Alumni Loyalty Discount: 5% of the Tuition Fee
    • Applicable to the children of the alumni – a Marist School graduate (living or deceased) who
      • has spent 6 years in the grade school department or
      • has spent 4 years in the junior high school (JHS) department or
      • has spent 2 years in the senior high school (SHS) department
    • Applicable only for the tuition fee for SY 2021 – 2022
    • Applicable upon full payment of the total fees due per student


  • Education Service Contracting (ESC) Program: Marist School is an ESC Participating School.
    • All incoming Grade 7 students are entitled to a Php 13,000 government subsidy which will be deducted from the tuition fee.
    • The subsidy covers four years of JHS.
  • Senior High School Voucher Program:
    • The program is a government financial aid for Grade 10 completers who wish to continue their Grade 11 and 12 in private schools like Marist.
    • Grade 10 completers from public schools are entitled to Php 22,500 subsidy to be deducted from the tuition fee; Grade 10 completers who are ESC grantees are entitled to Php 18,000 subsidy.
    • Grade 10 completers who are not ESC grantees from private JHS may apply for the program.
